The Saigon Village, The Young Office Building, The Can Tho University, etc. as well as for a series of the Factories located in the industrial zones of Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, Cu Chi and in the Tan Thuan, Linh Trung Export Processing Zones, etc. Gaining accumulated experience and learning from the professional contractors and consultants from Australia, Japan, Germany, France., we performed these following large- scale projects such as: the Office & Hotel Sofitel Plaza , the Suhwan Tower, the Vietnam Air Catering (Tansonnhat air port ), The Moning Star Cement factory , the Phu My Electrical plant, the Hoa An- Thu Duc raw water supplying line ( with 2500mm dia ), the pipe systems and waste water treatment plants in all of Da Nang city (with 4500mm dia) , the Hue textile factory ( with 50000 piles -high quality ),the television transceiver in HCMC, Binhduong ,Cantho province .etc.

Actually, PER has equipped itself with an abundant power-man staff, full of experience, having almost more than 6 years of work and with a fully adequate equipment.
